Zodiac have many features that set them apart from their competitors, such as larger diameter tubes to lift you further out of the water. A simple thing yes, however something many manufacturers overlook and an area Zodiac excel in.

In many brands of inflatable boats the seams are glued, but Zodiac use a process called 'thermo bonding' where the seam goes through a machine and bonds the material together, almost like plastic welding. The process is perfectly consistent and for most Zodiacs, the thermo bonded seem is stronger than the super tough PVC material of the hull itself.
